Heute morgen erreichte uns ein Paket: Die Prototypenleiterplatten sind da! Leider fehlen noch die 1,27mm-Raster-Stiftleisten, soweit sieht aber alles gut aus!
Danke für das Feedback, die finale Leiterplatte wird noch einen Spannungsregler erhalten, um auch docklose VoCore einfach anbinden zu können. Darüberhinaus wird es für jede Schnittstelle einen eigenen Masseanschluss geben.
This morning a packet arrived: The prototype pcbs are finally here. The 1.27mm pin headers are still missing, but for now everything looks good!
Thanks for all the feedback - the final pcb will have an 3.3V voltage regulator to easy access also dockless VoCores. We will add also GND pins for every interface.

Endlich sind alle Teile da und wir konnten den ersten Versuch unternehmen, das Breakoutboard mit dem VoCore zu verbinden. Es gibt noch kleinere Schwierigkeiten, aber schon jetzt überzeugt das Ergebnis - seht selbst!
Finally all missing parts arrived and we started a first try connecting the breakout board with the VoCore. There are some small problems, but we think it is already looking very neat!

Neben unserem "Guerilla-Router" ist auch noch ein kleineres Produkt in der Entwicklung: Ein Breakout-Board für den VoCore, auf dem Standard-2,54mm-Raster-Stiftleisten verwendet werden und darüber hinaus die Anschlüsse nach Funktionen geordnet sind. So sollte es einfach werden andere Komponenten an den VoCore anzuschließen und zu entwickeln.
Seit gestern abend bestellt, sollten die Prototypen Mitte Januar bei uns aufschlagen. Falls Interesse an so einem Board besteht oder noch Ideen existieren, wie wir es verbessern können schreibt einfach an feedback[at]greenwire-elektronik.de.
Beneath the "guerilla router" project we do have a small board in the delevopment line: A breakout board for VoCore, bringing all pins on standart 2,54mm (.100") pin header, grouped by functions. With this board it should be way easier to delevop and connect stuff for and with the VoCore.
Prototypes of the boards are ordered and should come mid january - if you have suggestions or want to have such a board, just write us to feedback[at]greenwire-elektronik.de.
